| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化与肝源性糖尿病的关系和临床特点。方法对乙型肝炎肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病53例临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与同期住院的45例无肝源性糖尿病的乙型肝炎肝硬化病例进行对照。结果肝硬化并发肝源性糖尿病的主要临床表现为肝病的症状，较少出现糖尿病的“三多一少”症状，肝源性糖尿病的轻重与肝硬化的严重程度成正相关，肝性脑病、各种感染等并发症的发生率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论肝源性糖尿病也是乙型肝炎肝硬化常见的并发症，应予以积极的护肝、控制血糖和肝硬化等并发症的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship, the clinical feature diagnosis, and the therapy between HBV-related cirrhosis and hepatogenic diabetes.
