| 摘 要： | 本文对进驻海拔５０００ｍ以上地区一年的５８名青年在现场拍摄正、侧位Ｘ线胸片并与平原时相比较，结果：心脏长径及心胸比率显著较小（Ｐ〈０．００１）；心脏面积缩小，但相关不显著（Ｐ〉０．０５）；心脏宽径，心脏深径、心脏体积及心脏体积指数显著增加（Ｐ〈０．００１或Ｐ〈０．０１）；右心房宽径、右心房高径、左室壁厚度、肺面积、升主动脉模径、主动脉结构横径、肺动脉干横径、肺动脉段突度，右肺下动脉横径及右肺下动脉

| Abstract: | he X-ray films on anteroposterior and lateral positions in 58 youngs living at high altitude(more than 5 000m)for one year were compared with their X-ray films at plain. The results showed that the longitudinal diameter of the heart and the cardiothoracic ratio decreased signifi-cantly(P<0.001),the cardiac area decreased but without significance(P>0. 05).The horizontal and anteroposterior diameter, cardiac volume and cardiac volume index increassed significantly(P <0.00l or P<0.01)The horizontal and longitudinal diameter of right atritim,the left ventricular wall,lung area,the horizontal diameter of asccnding aorta, aortic knot,pulmonary artery,right inferior pulmonary artery the protrution of pulmonary artery,and the ratio of the horizontal di-ameter of right inferior pulmonary artery and trachea all increased significantly(P<0.001) |
