| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肺结核肺心病患者合并多脏器衰竭与死亡率的关系.方法:总结846例肺结核肺心病患者中316例并发多脏器衰竭(MOF)进行临床分析.结果:本组MOF发病率高低依次为心、脑、肾、上消化道、肝等.年龄愈大,并发器官愈多,死亡率愈高.结论:MOF是肺结核肺心病死亡的主要原因.早诊断、早治疗是防止MOF发生的主要措施.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relation of the death rate with the patients who catch with Pulmonary Tuerculosis and Pulmonary heart disease complicated with MOF(more organ failed).Methods:To summarize the death rate that in 846 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Pulmonary heart disease,while 316 cases complicatedwith MOF,and make clinical analyse.Results:The incidence of MOF from higher to lower Heart,Lungs,Brain,kidney,Upper digest way,Liver and soon.The old er age and the more organ be complicated,the higher death rate be.Conclusion:MOF is the main death reason Pulmonary heart disease.Early diagnose and treatment is the masn measure of preventing MOF. |
