特种功能精细陶瓷对兔红细胞变形性的影响及机理

摘    要:目的 探讨特种功能精细陶瓷对“血阏证”兔血红细胞变形性的影响及机理。方法 用激光衍射仪测定0-100s^-1切变率下兔红细胞变形性DI-R曲线和应力松驰DI-T曲线,观察红细胞力学特性;采用荧光分光光度计测量经特种功能精细陶瓷温育后兔血液的荧光偏振度,观察其红细胞膜流动性。结果 与对照组相比,在特种功能精细陶瓷作用下,兔红细胞变形性得到明显提高(P<0.001),红细胞膜流动性明显改善(P<0.001)。结论 特种功能精细陶瓷可增加“血阏证”兔血红细胞变形性,其机理是增加细胞膜的力学特性、粘弹性和膜流动性。

Abstract:Objectve To observe the effect of functional fine ceramics (FFC) on blood stasis rabbits' erythrocytic deformability and inquire into its mechanism. Methods To observe the change of erythrocytic mechanical property, Laser Diffractive Analyzer was used to test the rabbits' erthrocytic deformability DI-R curve, and stress relaxation, DI-T curve during the shear rate of 0-1000S-1. Furthermore, to observe the erythrocytic membranous fluidity. Fluorescent Spectrometer was used to test the degree of fluorescent polarization of rabbits' blood warm-cultivated with the FFC powder. Results The FFC could enhance the erthrocytic deformability and improve the membranous fluidity, compared with the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The FFC could promote blood stasis rabbits' erythrocytic deformability, its mechanism is the increase of erythrocytic mechanical property, viscoelasticity and membranous fluidity.
