苦碟子注射液与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的探讨苦碟子注射液与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选择该院2011年6月—2012年4月糖尿病周围神经病变患者33例随机分为治疗组(n=17)与对照组(n=16),治疗组给予苦碟子注射液与弥可保联合静脉滴注,对照组给予单用弥可保静脉滴注,两组均为1次/d,14d为1个疗程。疗程结束观察比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征变化及正中神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果两组临床症状及体征均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后神经传导速度均有明显改善,两组治疗前后MNCV、SNCV比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组MNCV、SNCV比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子注射液与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能明显改善神经传导速度,疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Kudiezi Injection Combined with Methycobal in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kudiezi injection combined with methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 33 cases of DPN admitted to our hospital from Jun. 2011 to Apr. 2012 were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=17） and a control group （n=16）. The treatment group was received kudiezi injection combined with methycobal and the control group was given alone methycobal. After a course of treatment, clinical symptoms, physical signs and median nerve conduction velocity （MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity （SNCV） were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group with the total effective rate of 75.00%（P＆lt;0.05）. MNCV and SNCVwere improved significantly after the treatment of the two groups. After treatment, there was significant difference of MNCV and SNCV between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Kudiezi injection combined with methycobal is effective in improving nerve conductive velocity in the treatment of DPN .
