定期产检对减少高危产妇母婴并发症及降低死亡率的作用

目的探讨定期产检对减少高危产妇母婴并发症及降低死亡率的情况。方法分析该院高危妊娠产妇549例临床资料,依据其是否进行定期产前检查进行分组,对照组(非定期产检组)110例和观察组(定期产检组)439例。结果观察组早产、妊娠高血压疾病、前置胎盘、过期妊娠、产后出血、胎盘早剥明显优于对照组,观察组呼吸窘迫综合征、低体重儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡、出生缺陷明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定期的进行产前检查,可以及早的预测妊娠高血压疾病,从而减少妊娠并发重度高血压的发生,降低早产儿、低体重儿及死胎的发生率,改善母婴预后状况。

Regular Check-ups to Reduce the risk of Maternal Complications and Reduce Mortality Function

Objective To approach regular check-ups to reduce the risk of maternal complications and reduce mortality.M ethods To analyze 549 cases clinical data of high risk pregnant women in our hospital,on the basis of the whether regular antenatal examination group,control group（non regular check-ups group） 110 cases and observation group（regular production inspection group） 439 cases.Results The premature birth,pregnancy induced hypertension,placenta previa,postterm pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption of observation group were better than control group,the respiratory distress syndrome,low birth weight,premature,asphyxia neonatorum,perinatal death,birth defects of observation group were better than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.C onclusion The regular antenatal examination,early prediction of pregnancy induced hypertension disease,？reducing the occurrence of pregnancy complicated with severe hypertension,reducing the incidence of premature,low birth weight and fetal death,Improving maternal and infant prognosis.
