实施综合护理干预对急诊输液患者的影响

目的探讨急诊输液患者实施综合护理的效果。方法选取该院2010年10月—2012年5月收治的74例患者,随机将其分成干预组和对照组两组,每组37例患者。两组均实施常规输液,对照组37例患者实施普通护理,干预组37例患者实施综合护理,并对两组患者的恢复效果进行观察与对比。结果对两组患者实施护理前后的状况采用SCL-90进行评分,护理前干预组与对照组的焦虑评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而通过护理后,两组患者的焦虑评分出现了明显差异（P〈0.05）,干预组评分（12.6±2.83）,对照组评分（24.7±3.49）,干预组明显好于对照组。同时干预组37例患者没有出现输液反应,但是对照组37例患者中出现了5例由于各种原因不能配合输液的患者。结论对患者实施相应的综合护理,不仅可以提高治疗效果,同时还可以对患者进行心理护理,降低其心理负担,使患者可以更好的配合治疗,对患者的恢复有着十分重要的意义。

A Study of the Impact of the Implementation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Transfusion Patients

Objective To study the emergency infusion in patients with the implementation of integrated care effect.M ethods Se lecting 74 patients from October,2010 ～ May,2012,randomly divided into intervention group and control group,two groups,each group of 37 patients.Two groups received conventional infusion,and 37 cases in control group implementation of the general nurs ing intervention group 37 cases,implementation of integrated care,and the two groups of patients were observed and compared re sults of recovery.Results The two groups of patients before and after implementation of nursing status using the SCL-90 score,before nursing intervention group and control group in the anxiety score did not differ significantly（P〈0.05）,and through the after care,two groups of patients with anxiety score appeared to differ significantly（P〈0.05）,the intervention group score（12.6 ±2.83）,score（24.7±3.49） in control group,the intervention group was obviously better than the control group.At the same time,the inter vention group 37 cases no infusion reactions,but in the control group of 37 cases there were 5 cases due to various reasons not with transfusion patients.C onclusion For patients with implement the corresponding integrated care,not only can improve the therapeutic effect,but also can be performed on patients with psychological care,reduce their psychological burden,so that pa tients can be better treated.
