探讨血液透析中存在的风险及护理管理措施

目的探讨血液透析中存在的风险及护理管理措施。方法选取该院2010年2月—2012年4月间收治的需接受血液透析治疗的患者78例,根据临床特点及存在风险实施针有针对性的护理,观察效果。结果患者满意度明显提升,医患纠纷减少,不良反应发生率明显降低,患者透析前后总胆固醇比较差异无统计学意义,但是甘油三酯与白蛋白水平下降明显,说明血液透析对于降低患者血脂、白蛋白水平有显著作用,同时,医护人员素质整体上有所提高,医患关系得到改善,患者治疗效果与生活质量都明显得到提升。结论通过风险控制与有效的护理措施能够降低血液透析中并发症及感染的发生率,保证医护人员与病患的生命安全,提升透析效果。

Discussion on Measures of Risk Management and Nursing in Hemodialysis

Objective To explore the measures of risk management and nursing in hemodialysis. 78 patients required hemodialysis treatment. Methods in our hospital from 2010 February to 2012 April between cases, according to the clinical characteristics and risks of needle targeted nursing, observe the effect. Results The patients satisfaction improved significantly, the doctor-patient dispute decreased, the incidence of adverse reaction decreased, total cholesterol difference before and after dialysis were not significant, but the triglyceride and albumin levels decreased significantly, that hemodialysis for reducing blood lipid, serum albumin levels significantly, at the same time, the quality of medical personnel overall increased, the doctor-patient relationship improvement effect of treatment and quality of life, patients were significantly improved. Conclusion The nursing measures of risk control and can effectively reduce the complications and the incidence of infection in hemodialysis, guarantee the medical personnel and patient safety, enhance the effect of dialysis.
