后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿外科疾病的临床探析

目的探析临床上采用后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿外科疾病患者的效果。方法选择该院收治的泌尿外科疾病采用后腹腔镜手术治疗患者80例为研究对象,选择同期进行开放性手术的患者80例为对照组,比较两组患者的手术时间、手术中出血量、在术后恢复情况、住院时间等方面进行比较分析。结果采用后腹腔镜手术成功77例,其中3例患者中转开放手术,后腹腔手术治疗明显缩短了手术的时间和住院的时间以及术后下床活动的时间,与开放手术组患者进行对比分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上采用后腹腔手术治疗泌尿外科疾病具有确切的疗效,值得在临床上广泛的应用和推广。

After Laparoscopic Techniques in the Treatment of Department of Urology

Objective Analysis of clinical use of laparoscopic techniques in the treatment of diseases in Department of urology patients after effect. Methods In our hospital ’s Department of urology disease by retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation in treatment of 80 patients as the research object, select open operation was performed in 80 patients as control group, control group two patients with operation time, bleeding volume in operation, postoperative recovery, hospitalization time are compared and analysed. Results Retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation was successful in 77 cases, of which 3 cases were converted to open operation treatment after abdominal operation, shorten operation time and duration of hospital stay and postoperative ambulation time, and open operation group of patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Clinical use after abdominal operation in treatment of Department of urology disease has effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
