早期空肠造瘘肠内营养在胃癌术后应用的效果观察

目的探讨早期空肠造瘘肠内营养在胃癌术后应用效果。方法回顾性的分析该院2009年12月—2012年12月间收治的68例胃癌手术患者的相关临床资料。结果该研究中两组患者采用不同营养方式后的术后排气时间、术后排便时间、术后住院时间比较,试验组患者的各项指标明显优于对照组患者,各项指标组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对实施胃癌手术后的患者采用早期空肠造瘘肠内营养的临床效果显著,具有重要的临床实践意义。

The Observation of the Effect for Early Jejunostomy Enteral Nutrition in the Application of Postoperative Gastric Cancer

Objective To further explore the actual effect for early jejunostomy enteral nutrition in the application of postoperative gastric cancer. Methods 68 patients with gastric cancer patients hospitalized in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object. The clinical data for patients was taken for retrospective analysis. Results In this study after different nutritional methods for the two groups of patients, the exhaust time, defecation time, postoperative hospital stay were compared, the level of the test group of patients was significantly better than the level of the control group patients, and comparison between groups, P＆lt;0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect for early jejunostomy enteral nutrition in the application of postoperative gastric cancer is significant, and it was of important clinical practical significance.
