超声诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌40例分析

目的深入分析乳腺浸润性导管癌（又称IDC）的超声图像、声音特征,发现超声诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的实际临床优势,以此提高超声诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的水平。方法通过40例患者手术、病理证实为乳腺浸润性导管癌患者资料的分析,发展乳腺浸润性导管癌超声声像的特征,总结乳腺浸润性导管癌超声诊断的规律。结果 40例患者超声声像图特征主要分为三类：第一类,团块型结果（20例）;第二类,结节型结果（10例）;第三类,囊实型结果（10例）。出现肿块形态不规则的患者为20例,其中圆形肿块患者为16例,卵圆形肿块患者为4例,这些患者均出现乳腺钙化和丰富的血流信号,属于浸润性导管癌特征。39例患者出现低回声现象,1例患者出现等回声现象。29例患者出现乳腺钙化现象,11例患者无钙化现象;19例患者伴有回声衰减现象,回声不变患者为11例;10例患者出现淋巴转移特征,30例患者出现肿块内血流信号。结论 40例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者,在超声声像图上具有明显的特征。因此,超声在诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌方面属于有效的影像诊断方法,可以提高乳腺浸润性导管癌的确诊率,对医师制定有效的临床方案具有十分重要的意义。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of 40 Cases

Objective To analyze the ultrasound image, voice characteristics of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the breast（IDC）, find the actual clinical advantages of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, in order to improve the ultrasound level in the diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma; Methods Analyze the data of 40 patients who are confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma of breast with operation and pathology, then find ultrasound image of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast and summarize the ultrasound regular patterns in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma of breast; Results Ultrasound sonographic features of 40 patients are mainly divided into three categories： the first, mass type （20 cases ）; the second, nodular type （10 cases ）,the third,cystic type （10 cases）. There were 20cases with irregular shape, with the circular mass in 16 cases, ovoid masses 4 cases.These patients had breast calcification and abundant blood flow signal, which belongs to the invasive ductal carcinoma. 39 cases of patients had low echo phenomenon, 1 patients had equal echo phenomenon. 29 cases of patients had breast calcification, 11 patients without calcification; 19 patients had echo attenuation phenomenon,the same echo patients were 11 cases; 10 patients had lymph node metastasis, 30 cases had blood flow signal in the mass.Conclusion 40 cases have obvious features in ultrasonography. Therefore,ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma is i effective maging diagnostic method, which can improve the rate in the diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and is very vital significance to the physician to develop effective clinical protocols.
