急性白血病患者化疗的观察与护理

目的探讨急性白血病化疗患者的护理。方法将60例白血病化疗患者随机分成两组,实验组30例,加强心理护理、不良反应的预防与护理等综合护理,对照组进行常规护理,观察两组患者的感染发生率。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者的感染发生率降低,生活质量提高。结论在化疗期间,对急性白血病患者进行心理护理、不良反应的预防与护理等综合护理措施,可使患者配合治疗的积极性增加,不良反应的发生率降低,帮助患者顺利度过化疗期,提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Acute Leukemia Patients during Chemotherapy

Objective To summarize the experience of care chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.M ethods 60 cases of leukemia chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group of 30 patients,strengthen psychological care,prevention of adverse comprehensive nursing care,Control group were given routine care.To observe the incidence of infection in patients.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group patients to reduce the incidence of infec tion,improved quality of life.C onclusion During chemotherapy,in patients with acute leukemia,psychological care,integrated care measures of adverse reactions such as the prevention and care of patients can increase with active treatment reduced the inci dence of adverse reactions,to help patients survive the chemotherapy period,to improve quality of life.
