摘    要:目的 评估氧化锆玻璃陶瓷表面融附处理后粘接力的变化.方法 将60个氧化锆陶瓷试件平均分为3组,分别接受以下表面处理:50 μm氧化铝喷砂(Sb组);融附玻璃陶瓷(Fu组);氧化铝喷砂后融附玻璃陶瓷(Sb-Fu组).另以20个铸瓷试件作为铸瓷对照组.所有试件应用树脂粘接材料Super bond C&B粘接在核树脂圆柱上,其中1/2试件经过冷热循环老化(10 000次,5~55℃),测量所有试件的粘接强度.结果 未经过冷热循环处理的Sb、Fu、Sb-Fu和铸瓷对照组试件的粘接强度标准差±均值分别是24.76±2.80、29.08±5.80、28.67±7.20和31.30±2.90 MPa,Sb组的粘接强度明显低于其他3组(P<0.05),而Fu和Sb-Fu组与铸瓷对照组相比差异无统计学意义;冷热循环后,4组的粘接强度分别是24.45±3.90、28.50±3.70、25.41±2.00和32.19±3.90 MPa,Sb和Sb-Fu组明显低于铸瓷对照组(P<0.01).Fu和Sb-Fu组多为树脂内聚断裂和混合断裂.结论 玻璃陶瓷融附处理比单纯喷砂更能提高氧化锆的粘接强度.

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the resin bond strength and durability of bonding between zirconia and resin with a new surface treatment technique,fusing glass ceramic ( FGC ),on zirconia.Methods Sixty zirconia discs were equally divided into three groups and the surfaces were treated separately by the following methods,sandblasted by 50 μm aluminum oxide particle ( Sb),fused with one layer of glass ceramic (Fu),sandblasted by 50 μm aluminum oxide particle and then fused with one layer of glass ceramic (Sb-Fu).Twenty cast ceramic discs were used as control group.All the discs were cemented to surface of cured core-resin using resin luting cement Super bond C&B.Half of the discs in each group were performed thermal cycling ( 10 000 cycles between 5 and 55 ℃ ) test.Then shear bond strength test (SBS) were performed in each group.The surface morphology of all the groups before and after surface treatment was examined using scanning electron microscopy.Results The mean (SD) bond strength of Sb,Fu,Sb-Fu,and ceramic control groups were 24.76 ± 2.80,29.08 ± 5.80,28.67 ± 7.20,and 31.30 ±2.90 MPa.The value of Sb group was lower than other three groups significantly before thermal cycling test.The values of Fu and Sb-Fu groups had no significant differences with the group of ceramic control.The SBS values of each groups were 24.45 ± 3.90,28.50 ± 3.70,25.41 ± 2.00,and 32.19 ±3.90 MPa respectively after thermal cycling test,there were no significantly drop of SBS value in each groups.The failure mode after SBS test was primarily cohesive and mix failure in Sb-Fu and Fu groups.Conclusions For the limitation of this study and under the testing conditions,FGC treatment has possibility to enhance the resin bond strength and durability of zirconia/resin bonding.
