电视监视下纤维鼻咽喉镜诊治的护理配合

目的 探讨电视监视下纤维鼻咽喉镜诊治的护理配合和纤维镜的清洁、消毒、管理方法，以确保检查和治疗的清晰、准确，并对检查过程中病人可能出现的并发症进行分析处理。方法 采用日本欧林巴斯ENF—T3型纤维咽喉镜及配套的活检钳，EPSON STYLuS PHOT0 T90彩色打印机一部。OES Video System图象处理系统一套，对10000例患者进行检查。结果 经病理确诊为鼻咽癌134例，其它诊治病种有：鼻咽炎、慢性咽炎、鼻炎、付鼻窦炎、声带小结、声带息肉、声带麻痹、声带囊肿、会厌囊肿、喉癌、慢性喉炎等；检查过程中病人可能出现的并发症有：鼻出血、晕厥、喉痉挛、麻药过敏等。结论 纤维鼻咽喉的检查具有照明度强、镜体软、操作简单、安全等特点，检查部位能清晰地在荧屏上放大，能发现细微的病变，病变的大小、位置、形态及活动情况，同时可以将检查内容包括图片永久性贮存，利于复查时的对照。熟练掌握检查护理配合对顺利完成检查、治疗，避免和处理检查引起的并发症起着重要的作用。

Nursing cooperation of diagnosis and treatmenttreat by optic fibre nasopharyngoscope under TV monitor

Objective To analyse nursing cooperation of diagnosis and treatment by optic fibrenasopharyngoscope under TV monitor and make cleanness, disinfects and administratting measure ofoptic fibre nasopharyngoscope ,So as to ensure check and treat are clarity and accuracy , analyse andprocess complication which the patient might present in checking process .Methods We adopt Japanolimpus Model ENF-T3 optic fibre nasopharyngoscope and related biopsy clamp, one set of EPSON STYLUSPHOTO T90 color printer ,one set of OES Video System vision process systems,10000 patients were checked.Result 134 cases were diagnosed definitely nasopharyngeal darcinoma by pathology,others diagnosiskind have nosopharyngitis,chronic pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, vocal nodules, polyp of vocalcord, vocal cord paralysis, vocal cord cyst, epiglottis cyst,carcinoma of larynx,chronic laryngitis ,etc. ;There are the complication which the patient may appear in the checking course such as epistaxis,fainting, laryngeal spasm,anaesthetic allergy,etc. Conclusion optic fibre nasopharyngoscope checkhave characteristic of strong illumination ,its mirror body soft,operating simple and safe. The checkposition can clearly enlarge at the monitor screen ,it can find the slight pathological change ,size,position, form and activity situation of pathological change, can store the check content includepictures for ever at the same time, benefit to contrast while doing reexamining. Acquire proficiencycheck of nursing cooperation can play an important role to finish check, treat smoothly, avoid and dealwith caused complication
