| 摘 要： | 目的总结基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)手术并发症防治的体会。方法回顾分析LC450例的临床资料。结果LC成功441例,9例因粘连、解剖不清、术中出血、器械故障而中转开腹。手术时间平均51min,平均住院4d,无1例胆道损伤等严重并发症。结论基层医院开展LC避免损伤胆管,这是LC术成功的关键,为此需掌握手术适应证,熟悉肝门部解剖关系,及时中转手术是减少并发症的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of avoiding Serious complications in LC in basic level hospital. Metheds The clinical data of 450 cases of LC were retrospectively analysed. Results 441 Cases succeeded, 9 Cases converted to laparotomy because of adhesion and bleeding . The mean operation time was 51min and hospital stay was 4d. No serious Cimplications occurred. Conclusion Avoiding bile duct injury is the key of LC. The operator should be familiar with the anatomical positcon of porta hepatis area , grasp the indications of LC and convert to laparotomy at prompt time is the effect measure. |
