| 摘 要： | X射线诊断学、介入放射学、临床核医学、放射肿瘤学等各类放射诊疗,都必须特别借助于各种密封放射源、开放型放射性药物或者各种射线装置等所发射的各类型电离辐射,才能够在临床医学实践中施行健康查体、疾病诊断和肿瘤治疗。因而放射诊疗存在着影响面非常广的职业照射、医疗照射和公众照射的防护与安全问题。在加强医疗质量管理和医疗服务监管中,各类放射诊疗存在较特殊的既专业性强又比较敏感的放射防护与安全问题,是所有医疗设备应用安全和质量管理的重中之重。
