仙鹤强心丸联合常规西药治疗冠心病心力衰竭30例临床观察

目的 观察仙鹤强心丸治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将60例中医辨证为气阴两亏、血瘀水停证的轻中度冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上加服仙鹤强心丸,6个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察两组患者心功能疗效、Lee氏心力衰竭计分疗效和中医证候疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)比值和6分钟步行试验(6MWT)结果.结果 两组患者治疗后心功能疗效、Lee氏心力衰竭计分疗效和中医证候疗效总有效率、LVEF、E/A比值和6MWT比较治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗前后安全性指标无改变.结论 仙鹤强心丸联合常规西药治疗冠心病心力衰竭效果优于单纯西药.

Clinical Observation on Xianhe Qiangxin Pills Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Heart Failure due to Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xianhe Qiangxin Pills (Pill of agrimony for strengthening the heart) on heart failure due to coronary heart disease. Methods The 60 cases of mild to moderate heart failure due to coronary heart disease with TCM syndromes of deficiency of both qi and yin as well as blood stasis and water retention were randomized into a control group and a treatment group, 30 in each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, and the treatment group treated with Xianhe Qiangxin Pills in addition to the conventional therapy. The course of treatment was 6 months in total. After treatment, the effect on cardiac function, Lee's heart failure scores, and TCM syndromes scores, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), maximum systolic blood flow velocity of early diastolic / late diastolic (E/A) ratio and the result of 6 minutes walking time (6MWT) were observed. Results After treatment, the comparison in the total effective rate of cardiac function, Lee's heart failure scores and TCM syndromes scores, LVEF, (E/A) ratio and 6MWT showed a better effect in the treatment group than in the control group with a significant difference (P<0. 05). The safe indices of both groups showed no changes before and after treatment. Conclusion Xianhe Qiangxin Pills combined with conventional western medicine is more effective in the treatment of heart failure due to coronary heart disease than simple western medicine.
