鼻内镜在招飞体检中的应用价值及效果分析

目的 探讨鼻内镜在招飞体检中的应用价值.方法 对某航空大学2002年至2006年经过招飞体检合格录取入校的飞行学员进行分组,其中2002-2003年入校学员为前鼻镜检查组;2004-2006年人校学员为鼻内镜检查组,以入校地面基础学习两年为期限,对两年中因鼻科疾病而导致停学的飞行学员进行比较分析.结果 鼻内镜检查组的飞行学员总的停学率明显小于前鼻镜检查组(χ~2=27.43,P<0.01);其中因变应性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉及息肉样变而导致的停学率鼻内镜组明显小于前鼻镜检查组(χ~2=11.19、16.45、6.83,P<0.01).结论 我军在招飞中应用鼻内镜检查手段后,明显降低了入校学员因鼻科疾病导致的停学率,特别是在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉及息肉样变等疾病上做到了早发现、早淘汰,有效提高了招飞质量.

Analysis of the effect and value on the application of nasal endoscope in physical examination of student pilot

Objective To evaluate the value of adopting nasal endoscope in physical examination of student pilot. Methods The valid student pilots recruited from 2002 to 2006 were divided into rhinoscopy group (from 2002 to 2003) and endoscopy group (from 2004 to 2006). The elimination rate of student pilots due to nasal diseases during their first 2 years study was analyzed. Results The total elimination rate in endoscopy group was significantly lower than that in rhinoscopy group (χ~2 =27.43, P<0.01); the elimination rate that due to allergia rhinitis, chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polypus in endoscopes group was significantly lower than that in rhinoscopy group (χ~2=11.19, 16.45, 6.83, P<0.01). Conclusions Since the endoscopy was adopted in physical examination of student pilot, the nasal diseases induced elimination rate has obviously reduced, especially for screening nasosinusitis and nasal polypus. The effectiveness of physical examination is improved then.
