| 摘 要： | 在160例代谢综合征患者和90例对照者,应用发色底物法测定血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI1)活性和以PCR对PAI14G/5G多态位点的基因型进行检测。结果显示,PAI1活性升高是代谢综合征患者的特征之一,4G等位基因、血糖、甘油三酯与PAI1活性升高有关。

| Abstract: | The activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) was measured by chromogenic substance method and 4G/5G allele polymorphism in PAI-1 gene promoter region was assayed by PCR in 160 patients with metabolic syndrome and 90 controls. The results showed that increased PAI-1 activity was one ofthe characteristicsof metabolic syndrome.The presence of the 4G allele of PAI-1 gene and elevatedblood glucose and triglyceride concentrations were associated with increasedlevel of PAI-1 activity. |
