护理人员关键绩效指标评价体系研究

摘    要:目的:构建一套科学、合理、动态的护理人员关键绩效评价指标体系。方法:通过文献回顾、专家咨询法,进行护理绩效管理指标库的建立与筛选,同时采用层次分析法确定指标权重系数。结果:最终建立了一套由3个一级指标、10个二级指标及24个三级指标构成的评估体系。结论:该评估体系的指标来源及权重分配较科学合理,为医院护理人员绩效管理工作提供了一套较为完整的评估指标体系。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a scientific,appropriate and dynamic evaluation system of nurse's performance.Method:The framework of this system was set up based on literature review and experts'consultation,then analytic hierarchy process method was implemented to confirm the weight of different indexes.Results:The performance index system comprised 3 levels,including 3 indexes in level one,10 indexes in level two and 24indexes in level three,respectively.Conclusion:This nurse's performance evaluation system was e...
