聚氨酯木器漆挥发物暴露对小鼠血细胞的毒性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨不同浓度的聚氨酯木器漆挥发物对小鼠血细胞的毒性。方法:小鼠暴露于聚氨酯木器漆挥发物环境中,每天2 h,持续28 d后检测各项血液学指标及损伤。结果:暴露组的全血细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板、血清白蛋白和总蛋白均明显低于对照组,静脉血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率均高于对照组。结论:本实验浓度下聚氨酯木器漆挥发物暴露对小鼠血液细胞造成抑制,对淋巴细胞具致突变作用。观察到毒性作用的最低浓度值为26 mg/m3。

Abstract:Objective: To study the blood cell toxicity in mice exposes to the different dose volatile mixtures of polyurethane wood paint.Methods: The indicators for blood cell were determined in mice,which were exposed to volatile mixtures of polyurethane wood paint with 2 hours per day for 28 days consequently.Results: The data,such as all blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,platelet count,TP and ALB in exposed groups were significantly lower than those in control group.Micronucleus rates and chromosome aberration rate in exposed groups were significantly higher than those in control.Conclusion: It indicates that the volatile mixtures of polyurethane wood paint has significant inhibition in blood cell and has mutagenesis for mice lymphocyte.The lowest observed blood cell toxicity effect level is 26 mg/m3.
