| 摘 要： | 目的：总结小儿肠重复畸形的术后护理。方法：2004年10月～2008年8月我院收治的肠重复畸形患儿22例，对其护理进行回顾性分析。结果：术后精心护理减少了术后并发症的发生，促进了肠道功能的尽早恢复，缩短了住院时间。结论：严密监测生命体征，加强呼吸道护理，维持体液平衡及营养支持，加强各引流管和腹部情况的观察等一系列护理措施，是保证肠重复畸形患儿手术效果的重要保障。
