赛莱乐与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的 观察赛莱乐与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法 采用赛莱乐与甲钴胺联合治疗DPN38例,与采用甲钴胺治疗的30例作对照。结果 治疗组及对照组治疗后症状均明显改善(P<0.001)。治疗后治疗组症状严重程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗组神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 赛莱乐与甲钴胺联合治疗DPN有较好疗效。

Study of efficacy of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To study the efficacy of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Comparing thirty - eight cases in Buflomedil combined with Mecobalamin treatment group with thirty cases in Mecobalamin control group. And observing the effects of Buflomedil and Mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Results The subjective symptoms were significantly improved in both treatment group and control group after treatment ( P < 0.001). The grades of symptoms in treatment group were lower significantly than that of the control group after treatment ( P < 0.01). The nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were improved significantly. And they were higher significantly man that in control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusions Buflomedil combined with Mecobalamin is an effective and valuable method for prevention of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
