| 摘 要： | 目的：观察杏灵颗粒对冠心病者血中脂质过氧化物（LPO）及左室舒张功能的影响。方法：采用杏灵颗粒1g/次，3次/d，口服。治疗6周，治疗前后查患者血清LPO，红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），并采用彩超诊断仪测左室舒张功能指标左室舒张期E峰，A峰速度，E/A比值。结果：冠心病者左室舒张功能障碍者E/A比值与血清LPO水平负相关，与红细胞SOD活性正相关。经6周治疗后，血清LPO明显降低，红细胞SOD活性明显升高，左室舒张期E峰速率增加，A峰速率减低，E/A增大。结论：杏灵颗粒具有明显改善冠心病者左室舒张功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgonin on serum lipid peroxide and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in coronary heart disease. Methods:Forty five cases of LVDD patients in CHD were treated with Ginkgonin for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, E peak, A peak of left ventricular diastolic period, E/A ration (E/A), serum LPO concentration, erythroxide superoxide dismutase (Ery SOD) activity were measured.Results:After treatment, the A peak, serum PLO concentration decreased significantly, E peak, E/A and Ery SOD activity increased significantly in LVDD.Conclusion:Ginkgonin may improve left venticular diastolic function in CHD, and possess the ability of decrease serum LPO concentration and increase Ery SOD activity. |
