摘    要:目的 :探讨作业面的颜色与视疲劳的关系 ,寻找减轻视疲劳的方法。方法 :测量 10 0名被试者使用黄色或绿色纸张读写 6 0min前后的 92 %、4 1%、2 2 %对比视力和大视角、中视角的对比敏感度。结果 :使用黄色或绿色纸张读写 6 0min后 ,被试者的 92 %、4 1%、2 2 %的对比视力都有所下降 ,但使用绿色纸张时 ,对比视力下降较低 ,与使用黄色纸张比 ,92 %、4 2 %的对比视力有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;使用绿色纸张时 ,大视角、中视角对比敏感度降低的眼数比使用黄色纸张时降低的眼数少 ,两者相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :读写时在影响视功能方面 ,绿色纸张低于黄色纸张

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between work surface and asthenopia, so as to find a method of alleviating asthenopia. Methods: The 92%, 41% and 22%contrast visual acuities, contrast sensitivities of big and middle visual angle of 100 subjects were measured before and after reading and writing for 60 min using yellow paper and green paper. Results: The 92%, 41% and 22% contrast visual acuities of the subjects were decreased after reading and writing for 60 min with yellow paper and green paper. The effect of yellow paper on the 92%, 41% contrast visual acuity of the subject was more obviousl than that of green paper. There were significantl differences between them (P<0.01). The contrast sensitivities of big and middle visual angle were decreased after the subjects read and wrote for 60 min using green or yellow paper. The number of eyes with decreased contrast sensitivity of big and middle visual angle was significantly when using green paper, compared with using yellow paper (P<0.01). Conclusion: green paper have better effects on vision function than yellow paper do.
