| 摘 要： | 目的观察布地奈德治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法妊娠合并支气管哮喘60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用布地奈德吸入治疗。结果治疗1周后,治疗组在改善呼吸困难、喘息、咳嗽、减少哮鸣音、缩短住院时间以及改善肺功能FEV1%方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德吸入治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘疗效确切、安全,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide in asthma during pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with asthma during pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups：the treated group（30cases）and the control group（30cases）.the two groups were given conventional therapy,except that the treatment group was given budesonide therapy.Results After l week compared with the control group,the dyspnea,gasping,coughing,wheezing in improved,the length of stay shortened and the lung function parameter FEV1%improved in the treated group.the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of asthma during pregnancy.budesonide therapy is of effective safe and worth popularizing. |
