| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工合成的CpG-ODN 作为佐剂对伤寒Ty21a减毒活疫苗诱导小鼠产生抗体的影响.方法将不同剂量的人工合成的含CpG ODN的硫代磷酸寡核苷酸作为佐剂与伤寒Ty21a减毒活疫苗混合,以小鼠作为免疫动物进行免疫接种,采用试管凝集法检测免疫小鼠的血清特异性抗体滴度.结果 CpG-ODN 30μg佐剂组与不用佐剂的Ty21a减毒活疫苗相比较,应用CpG-ODN 组小鼠产生更强的抗体应答,抗体几何均数滴度相比有明显的差异.结论 CpG-ODN作为佐剂可促进伤寒Ty21a减毒活疫苗诱导昆明小鼠产生特异性免疫应答.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of CpG ODN as adjuvants on the production of specific sertun antibod- ies in mice immunized with typhoid Ty21a vaccine. Methords Phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucletides containing two CpG motif were sythesized as adjuvants. Then mice were inoculated so that the immune responses to typhoid Ty21a vaccine could be studied. Serum antibodies were detected by agglutination assays. Results Immunized mice with CpG ODN as experiment adjuvants showed higher serum antibodies than ones with saline as control adjuvants. Conclusions CpG ODN can act as adjuvants to increase the production of specific serum antibodies induced by typhoid Ty21a vaccine. |
