摘    要:应用紫外分光光度法 (经Hantzsch衍生化 )测定脂质体中阿米卡星的含量 .平均回收率为(10 0 5± 1 7) % (n =5 ) ,线性范围为 10~ 6 0 μg/mL .方法准确度高、重现性好 .

Abstract:A chemical method was developed for the quantitive determination of amikacin in liposomes.By adapting the Hantzsch reaction,amikacin could be determined via the dihydrolutidine derivative using UV spectrophotometry.The standard curve for amikacin was linear in the range of 10~ 60 μg/mL ( r = 0 999 1 , n =3).The average recovery was (100 5±1 7)%( n =5).The procedure is simple,rapid and reliable.
