| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨成人亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者认知功能的特点. 方法 采用横断面研究,选取亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者20例为病例组,及与其年龄、文化程度、性别相匹配的正常人共20例为对照组,对两组人群进行神经心理学检测.结果 亚临床甲状腺功能减退组其词语学习能力、图像记忆、复杂图形记忆,图形延迟记忆及数字顺背倒背,词语流畅性,连线A连线B检测都与正常对照有明显差异(P＜0.05). 结论 亚临床甲减患者的认知损害以记忆损害为主,且记忆损害范围较广.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the neuropsychological characteristics of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods The neuropsychology were analyzed and compared between 20 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and 20 controls with matched age,gender and education.Results The word list learning,figure recalling,picture recalling,verbal fluency,digit span,trail making test were significantly different between patients and controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism have much more deficits in memory. |
