急性冠脉综合征患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平与冠状动脉病变的相关性

目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系及临床意义。方法 60例ACS患者包括急性心梗(AMI)30例和不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)30例]作为研究组,另选30例健康体检者作为对照组;所有人均取外周静脉血检测血浆LPA。冠状动脉病变进行Gensini评分,分析ACS患者LPA水平与Gensini评分的关系。结果 ACS(包括AMI和UAP)组与对照组比较,LPA水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AMI组与UAP组Gensini评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关性检验显示:ACS患者血浆LPA水平与Gensini评分成正相关(r=0.828,P<0.01)。结论 ACS患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关。

Correlation of lysophosphatidic acid with Gensini score in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the correlation of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)in plasma with Gensini score in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Sixty patients with ACS were enrolled in this study,including 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Thirty healthy volunteers were chosen as control group. Peripheral venous blood was taken to detect the plasma LPA.The lesions of coronary arteries were assessed by Gensini score.The relation of the plasma level of LPA with Gensini score was analyzed in all ACS patients.Results The level of LPA in plasma was higher in ACS group(including AMI and UAP)than that in control group(P<0.01).Gensini score was significantly higher in AMI group than in UAP group(P<0.01)The level of LPA was positively related with Gensini score in ACS patients(r=0.828,P<0.01). Conclusion Levels of plasma lysophosphatidic acid in patients with ACS are closely related to the atherosclerostic lesions of coronary arteries.
