心房颤动患者血浆骨保护素、核因子κB受体活化因子配体水平及临床意义

目的探讨心房颤动患者血浆骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)及核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(receptor activator ofnuclear factor kappa B ligand,RANKL)水平及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测40例阵发性房颤、39例持续性房颤、43例永久性房颤患者及40例窦性心律对照者血浆中OPG、RANKL水平。结果阵发性房颤组、持续性房颤组、永久性房颤组患者血浆中OPG、RANKL水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),持续性房颤组、永久性房颤组患者与阵发性房颤组相比血浆中OPG、RANKL水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而持续性房颤组、永久性房颤组患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OPG、RANKL与房颤的发生和持续可能相关。

Plasma levels of osteoprotegerin and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand in patients with atrial fibrillation and their clinical significance

Objective To explore the plasma levels and clinical significance of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand(RANKL)in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods The plasma levels of OPG and RANKL were measured by ELISA in 40 patients with paroxysmal AF,39 patients with permanent AF,43 patients with persistent AF and 40 patients with sinus rhythm.Results The levels of OPG and RANKL in patients with AF(paroxysmal,permanent and persistent AF) were statistically higher than that in sinus rhythm controls(P<0.05).Compared with paroxysmal AF,the levels of OPG and RANKL in patients with permanent AF and persistent AF significantly increased(P<0.05).But the levels of OPG and RANKL were not significantly different between permanent AF group and persistent AF group(P>0.05).Conclusion OPG and RANKL may participate in the occurrence and persistence of AF.
