弱视儿童立体视训练联合综合疗法疗效分析

目的研究弱视患儿立体视训练联合综合疗法的视力改善情况以及立体视觉变化。方法将65例130眼患者随机分为两组:治疗组33例66眼,采用立体视训练联合综合疗法治疗;对照组32例64眼,予以综合疗法治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果经1年治疗后,治疗组及对照组患眼视力均明显提高。治疗后两组间立体视差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不同类型弱视患者经治疗后,屈光不正性弱视患者的立体视觉恢复最好(P<0.01),屈光参差性弱视患者的立体视恢复差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而斜视性弱视例数较少,差异无统计学意义。结论立体视训练联合综合疗法对儿童弱视立体视恢复有较好的疗效,立体视可以作为检测弱视眼视力好转的有力证据。

Efficacy of three-dimensional training combined with comprehensive therapy in treatment of amblyopia in children

Objective To investigate the improvement of visual acuity and changes of three-dimensional vision after the three-dimensional training combined with comprehensive therapy for amblyopia in children.Methods A total of 65 children with amblyopia(130 eyes) were randomized into two groups:treatment group(66 eyes of 33 patients) and control group(64 eyes of 32 patients).The children were treated with three-dimensional training combined with comprehensive therapy in treatment group and comprehensive therapy in control group.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results The visual acuities were significantly improved both in treatment group and control group after one year treatment.The stereo vision was significant difference in two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The stereo vision was the best in the patients with ametropic amblyopia after three-dimensional training(P<0.01),followed by the patients with anisometropic amblyopia(P<0.05).The cases of strabismic amblyopia were not enough,and the statistical significance was not found.Conclusion Three-dimensional training combined with comprehensive therapy could have a good effect on stereo vision in amblyopic children.Stereo vision can be a good marker for evaluating the improvement of visual acuity in amblyopic eyes.
