喉罩对比口鼻罩在急性危重哮喘患者中的应用

目的探讨喉罩（LMA）在急性危重哮喘患者中的应用价值。方法对我院2002—2009年间应用喉罩和口鼻罩无创通气治疗的32例急性危重哮喘患者进行回顾性对比分析,其中喉罩组简称L组,口鼻罩简称M组。结果两组对急性危重哮喘患者均可改善（P〈0.05）,但L组对比M组更有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急性危重哮喘患者中可首选LMA通气气道,提高通气效能,加快临床表现的缓解,在临床中值得推广。

The Application of LMA on the Patients with Acute Severe Asthma

Objective To investigate the useful value of laryngeal mask airway （LMA ） on the patients with acute severe asthma（ASA）.Methods Retrospectively analyzing 32 patients with ASA which were used respectively LMA and mouth-nose mask （MNM） in our hospital during 2002—2009,the group of laryngeal mask airway was abbreviated to be L group and the group of Mouth-nose mask to be M group.Results The patients of the L and M group were significantly improved （P〈0.05）,but the L group were more effective than M group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion LMA can be first considered when the way of Non-invasive positive-pressure ventilation （NIPPV） treats on the patients with ASA,to improve ventilation effectiveness and speed up the mitigation of clinical manifestations,should be promoted in the clinic.
