| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障合并急性闭角性青光眼的有效治疗方法.方法采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性闭角性青光眼36例、42眼.结果术后随诊3～6个月,37眼的眼压控制在15.88±4.09mmHg.结论小切口白内障囊外摘除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼,方法简单、安全、疗效满意.
