B超对阑尾炎的诊断价值探讨

目的探讨阑尾炎的声像图特征及B超对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对478例B超显示阑尾炎的患者进行手术及病理结果分析。结果B超诊断阑尾炎符合率94．1％，急性阑尾炎符合率达95．2％。结论B超对急性阑尾炎检出率较高，能提供客观的影像学依据，具有方便、快捷、无创、可反复检查等优点，有利于临床选择合理的手术方法，并具有重要的鉴别诊断意义。

Discussion on the Value of the Ultrasonic Diagnosis for Appendicitis

Objective To discuss the ultrasonic images of appendicitis and its value in diagnosing appendicitis. Methods 478 patients were confirmed by ultrasound to have appendicitis; operations were performed and pathological results were analyzed. Results The coincident rate of ultrasound for appendicitis was 94.1%, and that for acute appendicitis reached 95.2%. Conclusions Ultrasound is of high coincident rate for acute appendicitis and provides objective proof of imageology; it has such advantages of simple, fast performance without wound and can be performed repeatedly; it is of important significance in differential diagnosis and profitable in clinic for suitable operation selection.
