| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜腹壁切口疝防粘连网片修补的手术方法及临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2006年5月～2009年3月完成的10例腹腔镜下腹壁切口疝防粘连网片修补术的临床资料.结果 10例手术均获成功.无中转开腹.手术时间45～125 min,平均83.5 min.术中出血30～120 mL,平均52 mL.10例术后均恢复顺利,术前症状完全缓解.术后住院时间3～13d,平均6.5 d.术后随访12 ～ 40个月,未发现复发病例.结论 应用防粘连网片行腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术具有手术时间短、修复可靠、创伤小、恢复快等特点,是治疗腹壁切口疝的一种较为理想的手术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore therapeutic ways and effects of using composix mesh to repair incisional hernia of abdominal under laparoscope.Methods] 10 cases of abdominal incision hernia from May,2006 to March,2009 were reviewed,all of them were repaired with composix mesh.Results] All were succeed without conversion to open surgery.The operative time was from 45 min to 125 min,and average time was 83.5min.The bleeding during operation was 30mL to 120 mL,and had a mean of 52 mL.All cases were recovery.Postopera... |
