经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜下碎石取石术一期治疗同侧肾输尿管结石

目的 探讨经皮肾镜联合经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术一期治疗同侧肾输尿管结石的疗效及安全性.方法 回顾性分析2005年3月～2010年2月经皮肾镜联合经尿道输尿管镜下碎石取石治疗同侧肾输尿管结石68例患者的临床资料.结果 68例手术均获成功,手术时间72～180 min,平均110 min,56例一期取尽结石,结石取尽率(56/68)82.3％,3例行二期碎石后取尽,7例辅助行体外冲击波碎石治疗,平均住院时间8.2 d.术后感染3例,1例术后出血较多行肾动脉栓塞治疗,无其他严重并发症.结论 经皮肾镜联合经尿道输尿管镜下碎石一期治疗同侧肾输尿管结石具有结石清除率高、创伤小、并发症少的优点,是一种高效安全的方法.

Simultaneous treatment of renal and coexisting ureteral stones on one stage by combination use of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopic lithotripsy(a report of 68 cases)
