一次性微创胸腔穿刺包的动物实验研究

目的通过动物实验评价一次性微创胸腔穿刺包对胸腔积液进行穿刺引流的治疗效果。方法选用健康实验用猪16只，建立胸腔积液模型，随机分为两组，实验组（n=8）：采用一次性微创胸腔穿刺包进行胸腔穿刺引流；对照组（n=8）：采用普通胸腔穿刺包进行胸腔穿刺引流。对两组实验动物的胸腔穿刺引流量进行比较分析。结果对照组胸腔穿刺引流过程中出现1例气胸，实验组无一例并发症发生；实验组的胸腔穿刺引流量明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论采用一次性微创胸腔穿刺包进行胸腔穿刺引流是安全有效的。

An experimental study of thoracentesis with mini-invasive disposable thoracentesis package

Objective To evaluate effectiveness of drainage with mini - invasive disposable thoracentesis package in animal experiment. Methods Sixteen healthy pigs were used in the study and pleural effusion model was established. Pigs were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group （n = 8 ） ： thoracentesis with mini - invasive disposable thoracentesis package, control group （n = 8 ） ： thoracentesis with common disposable thoracentesis package. The results of thoracentesis in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results One case of pneumothorax occurled in control group and effusion quantity drained out with thoracentesis was more in experimental group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Animal experiment show that thoracentesis with mini - invasive disposable thoracentesis package is safe and effective.
