小鼠腹水型肝癌肺转移亚株与淋巴结转移亚株若干生物学特性的比较

摘    要:本实验用小鼠腹水型肝癌(Hca) 分别经腹水→足垫→淋巴结→腹水……,与腹水→尾静脉→肺→腹水……循环传代10次,得到淋巴结筛选型(HcaSL_(10))和肺筛选型(HcaSP_(10))。将两者均分别向足垫和尾静脉注射,观察各自的淋巴结转移率和肺转移率。发现HcaSL_(10)淋巴结转移率明显高于HcaSP_(10);HcaSP_(10)肺转移率明显高于HcaSP_(10)并对两者进行了细胞形态学,细胞电泳率,促血小板聚集能力等方面的比较。其结果提示HcaSL_(10)与HcaSP_(10)细胞性质存在着差异。

A COMPARISON OF SOME BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS BETWEEN PULMONARY METASTATIC SUBSTRAIN AND LYMPHATIC METASTATIC SUBSTRAIN OF ASCITES HEPATOMA (ABSTRACT)
Abstract:In this paper, the pulmonary metastatic substrain (H_(22) SP_(10)) andlymphatic metestatic substrain (H_(22) SL_(10)) were obtained through different metastatic pathways of ascites hepatoma (H_(22)). The H_(22)ascites tumor cells were into tail veins of mice, then the pulmonarymetastatic noddules of the tumor was resected and transformed intocell suspension which was injected into abdominal cavities. The ascitesthus formed was injected intravenousely again. Such a procedure wasrepeated 10 times, then the substrain H_(22) SP_(10) was obtained. On theother hand, the H_(22) ascites tumor cells were injected into foot subcu-taneosly, after 3 weeks later, regional lymph node metastatic tumorswere removed and transformed into suspension which was injectedabdominal cavities in mice. Such a circle was performed for 10 times,then the substrain H_(22)SL_(10) was obtained. The ascites tumor cells ofH_(22) SP_(10) were injected into the tail veins and footpad respectively inmice, and the rate of lymphatic metastasis and that of pulmonarymetastasis were observed. It was found that the lymphatic metastaticrate of H_(22) SL_(22) was higher than that of H_(22) SP_(10). On the contrary,H_(22) SP_(10) had a higher pulmonary metastatic rate that of H_(22) SL_(10).Moreover, some of the properties of the substrains were compared. Incell electrophoresis, H_(22) SP_(10) cells moved more rapidly than H_(22) SL_(10)cells. The activation of platelet aggregation of H_(22) SP_(10) was strongerthan H_(22), but that of H_(22) SL_(10) weaker than H_(22). Under scanningelectron microscopy (SEM), there were more filopodia on the cellsurface of H_(22) SL_(10) than that of H_(22) SP_(10). Collectively, the resultssuggested that there were some differences in properties of cellmembrances between H_(22) SP_(10) and H_(22) SL_(10).
