| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨nm23与C-erbB-2与肿瘸恶性度及转移之间的关系．方法：应用免爰蛆化方法，取乳腺癌98例存档蜡块行SP法检测。结果：nm23阳性表达92．6％，C-erbB-2阳性表达45%。nm23基因表达与ER、p53表达及肿块大小高度相关；C-erbB-2与nm23二者也正著相关。结论：C-erbB-2与nm23作为人类正常基因在恶性肿瘸中表达呈高度相关。当原癌基因与抑癌基因之问的平衡点被打破时，则表现出肿瘤的恶性增高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between nm23 , C-erbB-2 expression and tumor metastasis.Methods:The fix secti on of 98 breast cancer patients were applied by histochemistry method (SP) to de tect the expression of nm23 and C-erbB-2.Results:nm23 positive expression was 92.6 %,C-erbB-2 was 45 %,nm23 expression showed high relations hip with ER,p53 expression and tumor size ,both expression was highly correlate d.Conclusion:As human being's normal gene group ,nm23 and C-erb B-2 expression were highly responsive to cell's malignancy.When this balance po int was broken, cancer will occur. |
