纽曼系统模式对创伤性颅脑损伤病人家属心理健康的影响

[目的]为了降低创伤性颅脑损伤病人家属的心理压力.[方法]对150例创伤性颅脑损伤病人家属采用纽曼系统模式理论进行护理干预,采用SCL-90量表对病人家属进行评分,将干预前病人家属的心理压力水平与常模比较,干预后病人家属的心理压力水平与干预前、常模比较.[结果]干预前病人家属的SCL-90得分总分及各因子得分显著高于常模(P<0.05);干预后家属的心理状况与干预前、常模比较差异均统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]采用纽曼系统模式对病人家属进行干预可缓解其心理压力,使其更好地照顾病人,对病人的预后有很大帮助.

Influence of Newman system mode on psychological health of family members of patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury

Objective: To lower the psychological pressure of family members of patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury. Methods: Nursing intervention with Newman system mode theory was carried out for family members of a total of 150 traumatic craniocerebral injury patients. And they were scored by adopting SCL-90 scale. Psychological pressure levels of them before intervention were compared with nation-wide norm. Psychological pressure levels of patients after intervention were compared with that of before intervention and nation-wide norm. Results: SCL-90 total score and each factor score of patients' family members before intervention were much higher than the norm (P<0.05). Psychological state of patients' family members after intervention was different compared with that of before intervention and the norm (P<0.05). Conclusion: Carrying out intervention with Newman system mode for patients' family members can relieve their psychological pressure, and make them look after patients better. And it can help patients to improve their prognosis.
