| 摘 要： | 复杂广泛开放性损伤的早期治疗系外科领域中的一个重要课题。本报告就我们1975—83年收治的70例脱粒机致手、前臂广泛开放性损伤的早期治疗进行分析探讨。70例中,41例严重损伤行腹部带蒂皮瓣植皮,二例以游离皮瓣植皮;余27例为游离植皮。前二者较后者效果好,术后功能恢复满意,并给二期修复创造了良好条件。着重讨论了严格清创术的必要性及闭合伤口乃治疗关键的重要意义,认为腹部带蒂植皮和游离皮瓣植皮是相当满意的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | From year 1975 to 1983,70 cases of hand and forearm extensive open injury due to sheller accident were treated.The early management of such injuries was evaluated.A- mong the 70 cases,41 intricate cases were treated with abdominal pcdicle skin flap,2 with free skin flap and the remaining 27 with free skin graft.The former two pro- cedures were effective for recovery of function as well as creating a good condition for secondary repairing.Strict debridement is necessary,closing of wound strongly stressed. The authors conclude that abdominal pedicle skin flap and free skin flap are quite satisfactory procedures and well worthy recommending. |
