| 摘 要： | 提要：牙拔除术是口腔外科的基本操作，近年来其适应证和禁忌证也在不断变化调整。本文围绕一些特殊人群（包括全身情况差和精神心理因素不能配合的患者）以及特殊牙齿（包括上颌前部埋伏多生牙和下颌阻生智齿）的牙拔除术方面内容结合临床经验加以介绍。

| Abstract: | The indication and contradiction of tooth extraction have changed during these decades.In this paper,some special conditions of the patients were mentioned,including the management of the patients with poor health condition and sedation or general anesthesia during the dental treatment.Extraction of the impacted supernumerary tooth in the maxilla and wisdom tooth in mandible was also discussed. |
