人卵体外受精、胚胎培养的初步报告

摘    要:分别从15个用药物诱导周期和21个自然卵泡发育周期的妇女抽吸了175个卵泡的卵泡液,获得不同成熟度的卵母细胞74个,孵育后以丈夫或供者的精子体外授情,共得受精卵42个,受精率为56.7%,34个发生卵裂,发育至2-细胞至桑椹胚阶段,体外受精卵裂率为45.9%。卵母细胞以成熟度分类,中间状态卵的体外受精率(76.2%)及卵裂率(64.3%)为最高。

Abstract:Total 175 follicles were individually aspirated from 15 cycles stimulated with clomiphene,hMG and hCG and from 21 natural(unstimulated)cycles.74 oocytes of various mature degree were recovered.After a 6-8 hours preincubation in the modified Ham's F-10 media,the eggs were inseminated with sperm of husband or donor washed.42 eggs were fertilized in vitro(56.7%),of which 34 fertilized oocytes cleavage in a 2-cell to morula-stage embryos(rate of cleavage was 45.9%).The oocytes were identified according to the morphology of oocyte-corona-cumulus complex which was described by Neri Laufer et al.The result indicated that intermediate oocytes had highest rate of fertilization(76.2%)and cleavage (79.4%).
