唇裂唇红缘唇珠整复术的术式改进

目的探讨三角瓣与梯形瓣交叉法在唇裂修复术中唇红、唇珠整复的可行性。方法2001~2005年40例单侧唇裂以改良Tennison法修复,上唇皮肤常规方法,唇红、唇珠处设计以三角形瓣与梯形瓣交叉方法,恢复唇弓外形、唇珠丰满并向前微翘,唇红术后未见明显切迹(口哨状)。结果40例患者唇裂修复术后,唇弓唇珠外形均取得良好效果,消除口哨状。结论在唇红整复术中运用三角瓣与梯形瓣交叉的方法,能较好恢复唇红唇珠外形。

AMELIORATION OF THE OPERATION DESIGN TO REPAIR CHEILOSCHISIS, LABIAL ARCH AND VERMILION TUBERCLE

Objective To investigate whether interior extrapolation method of triangular and trapezoid flags is appropriate for cheilorrhaphy. Methods All the 40 cases are half of cheilopalatognathus treated with reformed Tennison operation, common design in skin of the upper lip, the interior extrapolation method of triangular and trapezoid flags are used in vermilion and vermilion tubercle, to recover the profile of labial arch and vermilion tubercle, and no incisure can observe. Results All the cases obtain fine profile of vermilion and vermilion tubercle, and curing whistle appearance. Conclusion The interior extrapolation method of triangular and trapezoid flags should develop in clinic extensively.
