| 摘 要： | 摘要 伴随着新医改政策的出台，政府将着力于解决我国城乡和区域医疗卫生事业发展不平衡，资源配置不合理的现状，加大对基层医疗的投入和扶持，让全民享有最基本的医疗服务。这也是区域疾病防治协作体系发展的最终任务和目标，并为疾病防治协作体系的未来指明了方向。

| Abstract: | With the publicity of the new medical reform policies,our government will work hard to deal with the unbalanced development of medical health undertaking and the unreasonable resources allocation in urban,rural and regional areas and increase the inputs and supports in grassroots medical service so that all the people in China can enjoy the most basic medical care,which is the utmost task and goal of the regional cooperative system of disease prevention and treatment and shows the direction in the future cooperative system of disease prevention and treatment. |
