| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨供血者基础血小板数与制备后浓缩血小板数间的相关性。方法 :采用不同基础血小板进行分组对比研究 ,并观察长途运输对浓缩血小板得率的影响。结果 :基础血小板数偏低组 (A组 )与偏高组 (B组 )制备浓缩血小板 (PC)的得量每袋分别为 (3 5 3± 0 46 )× 10 10 和 (5 73± 0 88)× 10 10 ;长途运输的血液与本地的血液所制备的PC每袋分别为 (5 16± 1 46 )× 10 10 和 (5 89± 1 15 )± 10 10 。结论 :制备后的PC得量与基础血小板数明显相关 (P <0 0 1)。运输不影响PC得率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between theconcentrated platelets and basic platelets of donors. Methods: We observed the harvest rate of concentrated platelets of different basic platelets in donors from Changsha area and non-Changsha area. Results: The number of concentrated platelets in Group B was higher than that in Group A (P<0.01). The harvest rates were 65.4% and 67.5% respectively in donors from Changsha area and non-Changsha area. Conclusion: There is positiver relationship between the harvest rate of concentrated platelets and basic platelets, and the transportation of blood does not effect the harvest rate of platelets. |
