急性主动脉夹层患者的急救监护

目的 比较医护人员参加急性主动脉夹层培训前后对62例患者急救、监护效果，探讨主动脉夹层的急救与监护经验。方法 将62例主动脉夹层住院患者分2组：1994～2002年（培训前）共26例与2003-2006年（培训后）共36例，针对其急救与监护效果进行分析与对比。结果 经统计学处理，P〈0．05，培训前后2组的急救和监护效果对比有显著性差异。结论 通过对急性主动脉夹层患者急救与监护的培训，使医疗、护理水平提高，有助于降低患者急性期的病死率，加强心理护理等能有效防止患者发生意外，对防止发生主动脉夹层扩展起到重要作用。

Emergency treatment and monitoring of patients with acute aortic dissection

Objective To explore the emergency treatment and monitoring experience of acute aortic dissection, through a comparison of the performances of the doctors and nurses in emergency treatment and monitoring of 62 patients who suffered acute aortic dissection (AAD), before and after the medical personnel took part in the training of acute aortic dissection. Methods 62 patients with AAD were divided into two groups, one including 26 patients during 1994~2002 (before the training), and the other including 36 patients during 2003~2006 (after the training). We analyzed and compared the effect of emergency treatment and monitoring of the two groups. Results According to the statistical process, there was a significant difference on the effects of emergency treatment and monitoring between the two groups before and after the training, P<0.05. Conclusions Training of emergency treatment and monitoring to the doctors and nurses is good for enhancing the level of medical treatment and nursing, decreasing the death rate during the acute phase, strengthening the psychology nursing, and preventing the patients from the accidents. Thereby, the training plays an important role in preventing the enlargement of aortic dissection.
