| 摘 要： | 为进一步加强医院医用耗材的采购管理，理顺进货渠道，降低医疗成本，对医用耗材进行邀标采购。邀标方案的设计分3个步骤：先确定招标品种及招标方式；再编制招标文件；最后进行评标及汇总结论。设计邀标方案要始终遵循公开、公平、公正和诚实守信的原则，经临床专家确认，坚持安全有效、经济实用等原则。

| Abstract: | The purpose of inviting public bidding is to enhance the management of medical consumables and reduce the cost of medical treatment. The project contains three aspects: fixing of the bid products and bid methods, compilation of the bid documents, evaluation of the bid and results collection. The bid project should follow some principles such as publicity, equity and honesty. |
