| 摘 要： | [目的]总结老年骨折病人围术期下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理干预.[方法]对332例老年骨科病人在围术期做好观察评估、心理护理、健康教育、饮食指导、功能锻炼、体位、预防性抗凝治疗等措施,密切观察DVT的发生.[结果]10例经过血管彩色多普勒超声检查确诊DVT,及时采取相应措施,预后良好.[结论]对老年骨折病人围术期进行积极的护理干预,对减少深静脉血栓形成具有重要的临床意义.
